Legal assistant

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of our lead attorneys. This isn't just a "paper-pushing" role; you will be the engine that keeps our litigation moving forward. salary: $26.44 - $28.85 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, scan and file legal documents (complaints, motions, orders) via the Tennessee e-filing system.
• Compile comprehensive demand packages, including the organization of medical records, bills, and lost wage documentation.
• Coordinate and track deposition schedules, prepare exhibits, and manage the discovery calendar to ensure no deadline is missed.
• Manage the attorney's calendar, track court dates, and assist in trial preparation as needed.
