Entry-Level Sewing Operator

About the Role Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and has an eye for detail? RSH Décor is hiring entry‑level sewers to join our growing production team. No prior experience in home décor sewing is required — if you know how to operate a sewing machine and are eager to learn, we’ll train you on the rest. What You’ll Do Operate commercial sewing machines to assemble fiber inserts and basic pillow shells Learn foundational sewing techniques: straight seams, pivoting, back‑tacking, turning seams Hand‑sew closures and, if needed, assist with filling and stuffing pillows Ensure quality and consistency with minimal rework What You Bring Basic sewing experience (personal, hobby, or vocational training) Willingness to learn industrial techniques High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented Why Join Us?
