Job Description

Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation's top commercial real estate firms, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic corporate team in Charleston, SC. This is a strategic role for an accomplished talent acquisition or sales professional specializing in Corporate Recruiting or Real Estate. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead talent acquisition strategies to drive corporate growth and achieve national hiring objectives across Commercial Investment Sales Advisors, Capital Market Advisors, and executive leadership. The role oversees full life-cycle recruitment, talent pipeline strategy, and seamless candidate onboarding across our 10 national offices and expansion markets.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will:

• Drive and optimize full life-cycle recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
\n
• Lead proactive talent sourcing and executive search initiatives through cold outreach, executive networking, and strategic LinkedIn engagement
\n
• Evaluate, screen, and vet high-caliber candidates to maintain a top-tier candidate pipeline
\n
• Manage and streamline the interview lifecycle in partnership with executive leadership and regional office heads
\n
• Leverage ATS capabilities and recruiting analytics to recruit for senior sales, leadership, and operational roles
\n
• Articulate SIG’s value proposition to passive and active talent; deliver an executive-level candidate experience throughout recruitment and onboarding
\n
• End-to-end ownership of recruitment, candidate negotiation, and offer strategy
\n
• Partner with executive leadership and Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with overarching business growth targets
\n
• Spearhead recruitment marketing, networking events, and targeted industry campaigns
\n
• Direct university partnerships and top-tier campus recruiting initiatives
\n
• Analyze talent acquisition metrics, reporting, and market intelligence to optimize sourcing strategies
\n

Successful candidates will have:

• 4-6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, or long term sales conversion, preferably within commercial real estate or executive search firms
\n
• Deep knowledge of commercial real estate markets, terminology, and deal structures
\n
• Advanced expertise in ATS platforms, CRM management, and talent intelligence technology
\n
• Enjoy relationship building and networking
\n
• Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and communication capabilities to engage C-suite stakeholders and top industry talent
\n
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and an ability to drive complex hiring initiatives independently
\n
• Proven track record of success in cross-functional team collaboration and leadership environments
