Your responsibilities will include: Tenant Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new businesses looking for commercial and industrial space. Property Showings: Conduct engaging and informative tours of our diverse portfolio of properties. Lease Negotiation: Work closely with prospective tenants to negotiate favorable lease terms, ensuring a win-win for all parties. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage all necessary lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements Experience: 2-3 years in real estate leasing or related sales (preferred; high-potential candidates with less experience considered).
