Press Op Responsibilities: Set up complicated sheet metal stamping dies Set up and operate in-line feeders, coil stock reels and various support equipment Follow all safety rules Must be consciences about PPE Wear gloves when welding, picking up metal or any time you feel your hands may need protection Check parts to be sure "dull" tooling doesn't cause an excessive burr conditions Do miscellaneous work as requested by the lead person Responsible for creating procedures, adapting and following the duties as described in the Quality Systems Requirements for Press Op: High School Diploma or Equivalent required No experience need, will train Must be able to read English Must be able to lift up to 35lbs. at least every hour a shift Standing and or sitting entire shift depending on parts that need to be assembled QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
