Construction Project Manager

TITLE: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Massachusetts

Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 + Performance Incentives

An established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Working Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial construction and renovation projects throughout the region.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong commercial construction experience, excellent subcontractor manage skills, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial construction site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
• Maintain communication with Project Managers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Complete daily field reports and project documentation
• Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews
• Coordinate directly with clients and project teams
• Perform hands-on carpentry and construction tasks when needed
• Support projects requiring evening, weekend, and off-hours work

Requirements

• 10+ years supervising commercial construction projects
• Strong commercial carpentry background
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience managing subcontractors and job site operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Ability to travel to project locations as needed
• Availability for overtime, weekend, and night work when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction Supervisor License
• Retail, supermarket, restaurant, healthcare, or commercial renovation experience
• Experience with Procore
