Based in Sacramento, we specialize in face-to-face marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation for top-tier clients across various industries.
We are currently looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our growing team as Customer Engagement & Sales Associates . In this role, you’ll serve as the direct link between our clients’ brands and their customers, delivering personalized service and driving sales through meaningful interactions.
Your Role at Tenacity Solutions:
Represent our clients’ products and services in a professional, energetic manner
Connect with customers in-store and face-to-face to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build strong rapport to drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver value and confidence to each interaction
Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
