Maintenance Mechanic II

We are looking for a Technician II, Line Maintenance for a very important client.

In Company's Heart Failure division, we're advancing the treatment of heart and vascular disease through breakthrough medical technologies in electrophysiology and heart failure, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

• Perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment.
• Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS.
• Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
• Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment
• Knowledge of and experience in using small tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, etc
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written procedures
• Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Knowledge of personal computer operations and skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office
• Ability to respond to and answer/solve technical questions and problems
• Tear down, inspect and rebuild production equipment
• Ability to diagnose PLC problems and take the appropriate corrective action to repair
• Requisition needed items for inventory, spare parts and emergency repairs
• Support 5S

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience.
• Minimum 2 year's experience.
• Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines

• Med device and clean room experience • Mechanical systems experience • Trouble shooting and working with engineering • PLC maintenance experience nice to have - system controls experience, general knowledge and understanding highly of PLC preferred • Semiconductor experience, optics manufacturing experience equivalent to

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
