We are hiring caregivers across all shifts to match your schedule:

• Short shifts of 2, 3, and 4 hours – days and evenings
• Long shifts of 8 and 12 hours – day and overnight
• Weekends

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Driver's License Required

Short Shifts

Do you prefer shorter shifts of 2, 3 or 4 hours? This is a perfect part-time job for a caregiver, semi-retired person, homemaker, or housekeeper needing a flexible schedule. We have shifts that will match your availability, mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Caregivers must be reliable and available to commit to ongoing schedules with clients.

Long Shifts

This is a great job for anyone looking for 12-hour or 8-hour shifts with flexibility.  We have day shifts that will match your availability, weekdays and weekends, full-time and part-time.  Work in a fulfilling environment, one-on-one in people’s homes.

Nights and Overnights

Are you a night owl?  We have overnight and nighttime positions available to meet your availability and/or preferred work schedule.  We have weekday and weekend shifts available.  Get paid to do what you love -- helping others -- during the quietest time of the day!  We only ask that you commit to ongoing work.

Experienced Caregivers

If you have experience working in home care, you know how rewarding it is to provide care that makes a meaningful difference in the life of another person.  If you are looking for a change or want to get back into home care, we want to talk to you.  If you work in a facility and have been running yourself ragged, we want to introduce you to home care.  You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with someone in their home, developing a rewarding relationship that goes both ways. 

Entry Level Healthcare Worker

Begin a rewarding career in healthcare as a caregiver.  No formal experience?  No worries, we'll train you.  And we will pay you for the training! We provide one-on-one care.  This gives you the opportunity to develop skills and build a rewarding relationship.  Our employees and clients often build relationships that are closer than even those of their own family.  This is not the case for most healthcare situations where an employee is scrambling to meet the basic needs of up to a dozen people at the same time.

Family Caregiving Experience

Veterans Serving Veterans
