Why the Litigation Support Team at Steno Is Different You own market performance – Manage workloads, hit SLAs, and maintain accuracy with full accountability for team results. You lead the team – Coach Specialists, handle complex work, and ensure consistent quality and productivity. You use data to stay ahead – Track KPIs, identify trends early, and adjust coverage or workflows as needed. You manage vendor performance – Maintain a reliable process server network and address gaps and quality issues quickly. You own escalations – Resolve high‑stakes client issues and partner cross‑functionally when needed. You improve operations – Identify inefficiencies and refine processes to scale performance. You'll crush this role if you have 5+ years of experience in high‑volume service of process, with deep expertise throughout California and a strong understanding of its rules of civil procedure. You have a proven track record of leading a service of process dispatching or fulfillment team — you know what it takes to build accountability, develop people, and drive results through others. You're comfortable tracking and reporting on KPIs and you've used that data to coach your team and close performance gaps. You're also experienced with platforms like LegalConnect, ServeManager, GreenFiling, or similar SOP and e‑filing tools.
