A-List Therapy Group is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide high-quality patient care across Southern California. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and their families, we want you on our team!

Position Details:

• Location: Multiple locations across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura Counties
• Job Type: Per-Diem, Contract
• Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
• Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, brief changes, repositioning, and personal grooming
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing linens and making beds
• Demonstrate kindness, respect, and ensure patient dignity and privacy
• Exhibit proper lifting and transferring techniques
• Work collaboratively with RN Case Managers and Supervisors
• Travel to patients' residences and provide in-person care

Requirements:

• California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certificate (Required)
• CPR Certification
• Valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
• Social Security Card and/or proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• One year of prior experience with a Home Health Agency (preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
