Description American Traveler is hiring an RN Practice Manager for a Family Medicine outpatient practice requiring an active IL RN license and prior leadership experience. Details Family Medicine practice spanning multiple locations for an outpatient clinic setting Oversees approximately 15 associates, 7 physicians, and 21 residents Uses Epic EMR across both outpatient clinic and inpatient settings 13-week assignment with a schedule of 08:00-16:30 Requirements Active IL RN license required BLS certification (AHA) required 2 years of relevant experience required 1 year of leadership or management experience required Current license and primary source verification (Nursys) required within 30 days prior to start Additional Information Serves as liaison between practice physicians and office staff and between the practice and other clinical/administrative areas Develops growth strategies and business plans in cooperation with physicians and leadership to support financial and business goals Ensures adequate staffing to meet provider schedules and may assist with physician compensation system development Monitors billing and collection functions and oversees daily practice operations including site policies, staff development, and patient flow Manages staff relations including performance management, satisfaction, and conflict resolution Oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll functions Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations Coordinates and assesses quality of patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply to determine pay rate eligibility These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
