Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and recipes

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

• Monitor and control inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment

• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and preferences for patients

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service

• Maintain accurate records and reports of food preparation and consumption

• Participate in inventory management, ordering, and receiving supplies

• Adhere to company Policies and Procedures

   

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Cook in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
