University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital is seeking a Communications Center Supervisor to lead a 24/7 call center operation. You will supervise a team of call center representatives, manage on-call paging through the hospital’s paging system, and coordinate with ISD/IT and department admins to maintain smooth information flow.
