Literacy Outreach Specialist - Home Visits & Family Support
Cambridge Health Alliance
Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a Home Visitor to participate in, organize, and facilitate home visits, workshops, and events that help parents understand the importance of talking and reading to their young children. You will provide information about resources and connect families to services.
