Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In Home Caregiver to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Avondale, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and skilled care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist clients with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Engage clients in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as reading, puzzles, and conversation

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
