Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to an outpatient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by the clinic
• Float to additional outpatient clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience required; new graduates will not be considered
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinical environment
• Experience floating between multiple clinic locations
