THE ROLE As an independent

Leadership Education Sales Consultant , you will market, promote, and sell premium, high-ticket personal development and leadership education programs.

You will connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, explain relevant programs and pricing, and support qualified prospects through the enrollment process.

Your activities will include digital marketing, professional conversations, relationship building, and consistent follow-up. You will manage your own schedule, business activities, and expenses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market and sell premium personal development and leadership education programs Connect with prospective clients and understand their interests and goals Conduct professional conversations and follow up with qualified prospects Follow established business systems and processes Participate in ongoing training and mentorship Continue developing your sales, communication, and leadership skills Manage your business independently and professionally WHO THIS MAY SUIT Relevant professional backgrounds include: Corporate leadership and management Business development and sales Coaching and independent consulting Real estate and insurance Recruitment and human resources Education and training Marketing and communications Entrepreneurship and client service You don’t need experience in a particular industry. You will determine your schedule while allowing time for prospect conversations, follow-up, training, and business administration. THE BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT This is an

independent contractor/self-employment business opportunity , not a salaried employment position.

There are no hourly wages, employee benefits, paid vacation, employer-provided healthcare or retirement benefits, or guaranteed compensation.

Income is performance-based, with the potential to earn

up to US$5,000 per qualifying sale,

subject to the applicable compensation plan and eligibility requirements. Actual earnings vary based on the type of personal development programs sold. Business expenses affect net profitability.
