Physician to deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in Greater Miami using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next. This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives. You'll work closely with Operators, APPs, and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience.

What You'll Deliver in the First 612 Months:

• Comprehensive preventive health screenings delivered using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support with consistent quality across every member visit.
• Personalized, action-oriented health plans created from screening data, translated into next steps the member actually takes measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.
• Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies that lands measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.
• Clinical oversight and escalation support provided to APPs, raising the bar for clinical quality and team performance across the clinic.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, APPs, and care teams that improves continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Florida State medical license.
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
• At least 1+ year of post residency experience
• Recent outpatient experience (at least a year in the past 5 years)
• Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

About Titles at Neko:

We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritizes clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market-facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
