Our staff enjoys competitive compensation and group benefits including group health, dental, vision, life/AD&D and a 401(k) savings plan.The RoleThe primary duty of the Patient Coordinator is to be an integral part of the office team and to consistently deliver the most memorable and fun service experience possible for every patient, every day in every office.The Essential Job ElementsPerform opening and closing dutiesAnswer phones in a polite and timely mannerGreet patients in a friendly, hospitable mannerCheck-in and check-outPresent treatment plans, financial estimates and payment optionsSchedule appointments in accordance with office protocolsConfirm all appointments consistent with company protocolsResolve all billing concerns to patient satisfactionCollect copays and set up financial arrangementsPost charges and paymentsSet up account and new chartsAssist patients with completing paperworkProcess daily and weekly reportsMaintain strict compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board, etc…)Coordinate front and back office patient flowNon-clinical area cleanlinessOther duties as assignedDesired Profile/BackgroundPrevious dental front office experience highly preferredLoves working with childrenExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and computer skillsUpbeat personality is a MUSTAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailClean, neat professional appearanceKnowledge of Dentrix a plusDesired Profile/BackgroundPrevious dental front office experience highly preferredLoves working with childrenExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and computer skillsUpbeat personality is a MUSTAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailClean, neat professional appearanceKnowledge of Dentrix a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids Care Dental And Orthodontics
