Our Staffing Specialist is responsible for providing support in recruiting, hiring, receptionist duties, and training. Responsible for prescreening Direct Care applicants by phone and in-person, interviewing, reference checking, background checks, job fairs, tracking reports, as well as applicant follow-up and documentation. Also responsible for receptionist duties, and facilitating safety and introductory training during new hire orientations.
