Job Responsibilities for Outside Parts Sales Representative

• Provide customer service to parts customers in-store and on the road
• Market, promote and advertise an array of parts offerings to customers
• Help facilitate the receiving, stocking, sale, and delivery of parts in an efficient, safe and profitable operation
• Visit assigned customers
• Prospect for new customers
• Follow up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly
• Attend training seminars, as required
• Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership
• Maintain professional appearance
• Other tasks as assigned

Required Skills for Outside Parts Sales Representative

• Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• A positive attitude and great personal drive
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Qualified candidates will possess excellent attention to detail
• Valid state driver's license is required
• Must maintain a clean driving record
