OnSite Specialist - Silverdale, WA

Field-based clinical specialist providing surgical support at healthcare facilities by managing medical equipment, troubleshooting devices, and collaborating with operating room personnel. Responsible for equipment maintenance, product knowledge, data recording, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and patient confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Stryker surgical equipment and related devices during procedures
• Anticipate equipment needs and provide clinical support to surgeons and OR staff
• Maintain current product knowledge through company training and educate facility personnel
• Accurately record surgical procedure data and account metrics on monthly basis
• Maintain vendor credentialing and account information to ensure high service levels

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
• Operating room experience with knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in high-stress environments
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and strong communication abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts including on-call, overnight, weekends, and rotating schedules
• Within 45 minutes driving distance from assigned account for on-call availability
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods

Compensation: $24.82 - $33.58 USD hourly
