Overview Otterbein is a not-for-profit, faith‑based ministry that is a national leader and innovator in retirement living communities and long‑term care. Otterbein Home Health, a Medicare‑certified agency, complements the organization’s senior services, outpatient capabilities, and clinical facilities. The Home Health LPN assists in the growth of the ministry by providing skilled nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers in the greater Lebanon, Ohio area, including Lebanon, Middletown, Springboro, Dayton, and part of Cincinnati. Shifts Full‑time: 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, with occasional on‑call rotations and responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide assistance with the primary caseload for skilled home‑health care patients. Deliver skilled professional nursing care prescribed by physicians, in compliance with Home Health Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio licensure laws, and agency policies and procedures. Qualifications Graduate of an approved nursing program. Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and CPR certification. Minimum of two years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care. Licensed driver with a vehicle in good working condition, automobile insurance in accordance with Ohio laws, and a clean driving record for insurability purposes.
