Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with their floral and gift needs, providing friendly and helpful service. - Supporting the preparation and assembly of floral arrangements. - Maintaining the shop’s cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment. - Managing inventory by restocking supplies and keeping track of products. - Handling phone inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring accurate order processing. - Collaborating with the team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
