Responsibilities Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options and solutions. Generate leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to effectively promote suitable products and services. Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve targeted agency objectives. Qualifications In-person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening Highly organized with keen attention to detail Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships Effective team player with leadership capabilities Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License Willingness and ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses Compensation Base pay $40,000 - $60,000 Uncapped commission structure Our top earners make over $100,000 annually Receive bonuses based on performance and agency goals Legal Notice State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
