Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily office operations within a manufacturing environment. This temporary position is responsible for overseeing administrative functions, processing accounts payable, maintaining bookkeeping records, coordinating payroll activities, and supporting office operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking, maintaining accurate records, and serving as the primary point of contact for office-related matters while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office management within a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proficiency in ERP system and general bookkeeping practices.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and office administration.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced office software and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Certification in office management or bookkeeping is a plus.
