Director, Business HR — Strategy & People Leadership

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL seeks a Director, Business HR to partner with executive leaders and drive a comprehensive people strategy across the organization. This full-time role oversees talent management, workforce design, performance, rewards, wellbeing, and employee relations, leveraging data to inform decisions.
