Waves Express Car Wash—voted Best of South Carolina and Best of the Upstate—is hiring Full-Time Car Wash Attendants for our Greenville location on Woodruff Road. If you're energetic, people-focused, and ready to grow into a leadership role, this is your chance to join one of the fastest-growing express car wash teams around.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and professional appearance.
- Promote and sell memberships to our Unlimited Wash Club (earn commission for every sale).
- Ensure a great wash experience—guide vehicles safely, check quality, and keep the site spotless.
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties, equipment checks, and site upkeep.
- Take initiative and lead by example—this role has real growth potential for those who perform.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred (but not required).
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers and recommending services.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
- Leadership potential—we promote from within!
