Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Part-Time & Full-Time | $17.00–$18.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience). Additional pay opportunities are available, including short-shift incentives.

Schedule

We offer flexible part-time schedules designed to fit your availability. Current opportunities may include:

• Weekday morning shifts
• Weekday afternoon and evening shifts
• Weekend shifts
• PRN (as-needed) opportunities

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps clients maintain their independence. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
+ Bathing
+ Dressing
+ Grooming
+ Toileting
+ Transfers and mobility assistance
+ Safely using a Hoyer Lift when required
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing light meals
• Performing light housekeeping
• Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments when needed
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition
• Accurately documenting care provided using our mobile caregiver app
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and the office team

Technology & Support

You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed:

• User-friendly mobile caregiver app for clocking in/out, viewing schedules, care plans, and documenting visits
• Responsive office staff available to answer questions and provide support
• Clear communication from our scheduling team
• Ongoing guidance to help you provide exceptional care

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Virginia CNA license or Virginia HHA/PCA certification
• Experience providing in-home care or caregiving
• Experience using a Hoyer Lift is a plus
• Current TB screening (within the last 12 months)
• COVID-19 vaccination record (booster preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone capable of downloading and using our caregiver app
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must reside in Northern Virginia
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
