Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, with professionalism and care
• Resolve questions and issues with empathy, accuracy, and follow-through
• Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
• Consistently represent the company with a service-first mindset

• A true passion for customer service and helping others
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A reliable, patient, and team-oriented professional

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.50 per hour
