Material Planner

Position: Material Planner
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hr
Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)
Location: Hobart, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an OEM Material Planner to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Manage and review the master production schedule and maintain EDI daily orders
• Plan and coordinate painting and assembly processes to meet customer demands
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supervisors to adjust schedules
• Track material requirements and ensure ERP system accuracy for your assigned product line
• Communicate order statuses and support problem-solving efforts across teams

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant manufacturing experience or familiarity with MRP systems
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, MPS, and inventory systems
• Capable of managing timelines and identifying potential issues proactively

• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience
• Inventory management
• Scheduling and planning
• Forklift stand-up and sit-down operation, cherry picker (additional skills/keywords)
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
