We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Food & Beverage Aftermarket team. This position is ideal for an individual who is customer-focused and results-driven, with an interest in building a long-term career in sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, developing customer relationships, and driving aftermarket sales growth in alignment with Donaldson's business objectives. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office/facility.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Aftermarket Sales within assigned customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of filtration technologies, applications, and equipment operations to effectively support customer needs and promote repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Execute follow-up activities including mailings, filter testing coordination, report preparation, and customer support.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities, including those related to non-Donaldson equipment.

Travel: Up to 5%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range: $49,500 - $74,400. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included. This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
