Pediatrician

Job Type: Full- time Schedule: Mon- Fri Position Overview: The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to pediatric patients in a patient-centered medical home environment. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide preventive care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and support positive health outcomes within the community. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits and acute illness management Diagnose and treat pediatric medical conditions Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic results Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists Provide preventive health education and counseling to patients and families Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare professionals Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to support staff and medical students Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered medical home initiatives Support community health and wellness programs Participate in on-call coverage when required Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Current DEA and DPS registrations Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to obtain hospital privileges when required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics At least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Generous paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance Leadership development and career growth opportunities Supportive, collaborative clinical environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LanceSoft, Inc.
