Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LLMSW)

New graduates and limited licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. Position Description Providing mental health counseling to the elderly population residing in assisted living facilities. Duties include: Individual, group, and/or family therapy. Coordinate with caregivers and providers as appropriate. Willingness to travel to client residences. Additional Benefits / Training Provided Tablets provided for easy web‑based documentation. Training in utilizing HIPAA‑compliant EHR. Supervision available for limited licensed social work candidates. Mileage reimbursement when traveling more than 20 miles between clients. Schedule Full‑time / Part‑time, flexible hours. Education Master’s Degree required (LMSW, LLMSW). Work Location Travel required. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree required (LMSW, LLMSW). Experience providing counseling services to the elderly is desirable. Effective communication skills. Proficiency with web‑based EHR for documentation. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Ability to document treatment objectives and techniques clearly and concisely. Experience creating individual care plans and adhering to required documentation for billing. Comfortable addressing the needs of the aging population.
