Certification must be maintained without lapse during employment. If certification does lapse, job will be downgraded to Medical Laboratory Technician (non-certified) until certification is reinstated.5+ years' of clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician within a clinical laboratory.Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles.
