Job Details Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, positive, and professional office representative with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enthusiastic, comfortable using modern office technology, quick to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service/Order Entry Representative helps ensure clients receive excellent service and high-quality products while building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities Process orders and manage customer accounts. Provide customer support and communicate with clients and records custodians. Develop product knowledge to respond to questions and support client needs. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. Verify data and maintain accurate records. Follow up with clients, custodians, and team members. Route work and complete research assignments. Create, save, and mail letters. Prepare and handle reports. Update orders with clear, detailed notes. Collaborate with the team and manage projects and tasks through completion. Perform work carefully and accurately while meeting deadlines. Required Qualifications Required: Previous experience in at least one of these settings: a law firm, an audit company, third-party claims adjusting, or third-party risk management. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, dependable, and organized. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using modern office technology. Typing speed and accuracy of at least 35 words per minute.
