Post Pros is a fast-growing insurance direct Mail marketing company located in Houston Texas. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founder, and play a major role in a growing company. Things are changing very quickly, and this role requires you to adapt with a lot of change.

** Key Responsibilities: **

• Manage direct Mail projects and jobs, handling all tasks via computer.
• Work extensively with our CRM (experience with Notion is a big plus), Excel, and email platforms.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients.
• Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide support.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data-related tasks, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience working with CRM systems - Notion is a big plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, and data manipulation preferred)
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related field is a plus
• AI competency is a plus

Location: Spring/Houston, TX - In Person

Time Commitment: Full-time position
