Work Environment

The rehabilitation center is designed to foster healing and recovery, featuring state-of-the-art therapy equipment, private treatment spaces, and spacious exercise areas. As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing therapy in a supportive atmosphere where you can fully dedicate your efforts to patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to accurately evaluate movement disorders, balance, strength, and mobility limitations of patients.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to identify and address the root causes of pain and dysfunction, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop customized rehabilitation plans that are tailored to each patient's specific needs and recovery objectives.
• Engage in one-on-one sessions with patients to guide them through therapeutic exercises and monitor their progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, therapeutic exercises, and overall wellness to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about current industry trends, research developments, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at InCore, you will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Our focus is on delivering personalized care that enhances not only physical recovery but also emotional and psychological well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to health.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective, patient-specific treatment plans.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and a strong commitment to enhancing patient care experiences.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Previous experience working with orthopedic patients will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with rehabilitative technologies and treatment methodologies, including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and exercise prescription.

Compensation and Benefits

InCore Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance. In addition, we provide a $401k plan with employer matching, and generous paid time off.
