We are looking for a motivated, organized, creative, and sales-driven individual who can help us grow our customer base while managing both traditional and digital marketing efforts.

This is a hybrid sales and marketing position. The right candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, generating leads, closing sales, working inside HubSpot, managing social media, creating advertisements, and using modern AI tools to improve marketing and sales productivity. What You’ll Do

Inside Sales & Customer Communication

Answer and follow up on incoming customer calls and inquiries
Contact prospective customers by phone, text, email, or other approved communication channels
Follow up with leads and previous inquiries
Explain our residential cleaning services and pricing
Prepare or assist with customer estimates and quotes
Convert qualified leads into booked cleaning appointments
Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers
Follow up with potential customers who have not yet booked
Help develop customer retention and rebooking strategies

Outside Sales & Business Development

Generate new residential cleaning leads within our service area
Conduct local outreach to potential customers
Develop relationships with apartment communities, property professionals, local businesses, real estate professionals, Airbnb hosts, and other potential referral partners
Help distribute approved promotional and marketing materials
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and customer acquisition
Represent Just Want It Cleaned professionally within the community

HubSpot CRM

Experience with HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

Entering and updating leads and customer information
Managing contacts and lead pipelines
Tracking calls, conversations, and follow-ups
Scheduling sales activities
Maintaining accurate customer notes
Monitoring lead status
Creating follow-up tasks
Keeping customer and prospect information organized
Helping ensure leads do not fall through the cracks

Candidates who do not currently have extensive HubSpot experience should be comfortable learning CRM software quickly.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Help manage company social media accounts
Create and schedule social media posts
Develop promotional campaigns
Create graphics, short-form videos, advertisements, and other marketing content
Respond professionally to appropriate social media inquiries
Help turn social media engagement into qualified leads
Research local marketing opportunities
Help maintain consistent company branding
Track which marketing channels and campaigns generate leads and customers

Paid Advertising

Assist with creating and managing digital advertising campaigns
Develop advertising concepts and promotional offers
Monitor campaign performance
Track leads generated through advertising
Help improve campaigns based on performance
Assist with testing different advertisements, audiences, messaging, and creative materials

AI-Assisted Marketing & Sales

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with artificial intelligence tools or willing to learn.

AI-related responsibilities may include:

Using AI tools to develop advertising concepts
Creating AI-assisted graphics and marketing materials
Developing ad copy, captions, promotional content, and campaign ideas
Using AI to assist with sales scripts and customer follow-up
Creating AI-assisted social media content
Researching new AI tools that could improve marketing and sales productivity
Reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication to ensure accuracy and brand consistency

AI should be used as a productivity and creative tool. The employee will remain responsible for reviewing the quality and accuracy of anything created before it is published or sent to customers.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

HubSpot or another CRM
Social media management
Digital advertising
Content creation
AI-assisted marketing
Residential services or home-service sales

Candidates do not necessarily need experience in every area. We are especially interested in applicants who are strong communicators, motivated to learn, comfortable with technology, and capable of producing measurable results.

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission.

Commission opportunities are based on qualifying new business and sales generated by the employee. Specific commission terms will be provided in writing.

This position offers the opportunity to earn more as sales performance increases.

Schedule

Part-time initially, with the potential for additional hours and expanded responsibilities as the company grows.

Some flexibility may be required for customer communication, marketing activities, and local outreach.
