Adjust assigned desk claim files through resolution, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Request appraisals, estimates, and reports to assist in claim investigation. Communicate with customers using their preferred channel (phone, text, email). Requirements: At least 2 years experience adjusting P&C Insurance claims; adjuster license required. Xactimate experience preferred; strong communication and self-driven work ethic. Knowledge of standard claims practices, coverage application, and subrogation. Compensation: Competitive pay per claim handled with flexible hours. Independent contractor engagement (1099); no employee benefits offered.
