Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Creekside Care Center of Gahanna | Gahanna, OH Grow Your Career with Our In-House Rehabilitation Team!

- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but motivated clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Experience with Net Health is a plus
