Senior IAM Specialist

Role Overview: The Senior Specialist, IAM, SailPoint, is responsible for diagnosing and resolving Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents related to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). Key Responsibilities: Manage incident lifecycle, create and update knowledge articles and SOPs, monitor IAM operations, elevate issues as needed, and maintain professional client relationships to ensure efficient incident resolution. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum three years of IAM experience, with at least one year in incident and problem management within an ITIL-managed services environment. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; certifications like CISSP or ITIL are preferred. Strong understanding of IAM processes and systems, with familiarity in SailPoint ISC, MIM, and other tools like Okta, Ping Identity, and CyberArk. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required. Ability to work flexible shifts is necessary.
