Queen City Dance Academy at Kids First Sports is seeking Dance Instructors who are passionate about working with children and committed to developing both skill and character through dance. This role goes beyond teaching choreography. Our instructors are responsible for creating an environment where kids feel safe, supported, challenged, and successful. From a child’s very first class to more advanced training, QCDA emphasizes proper technique, creativity, and confidence-building, while fostering a sense of belonging and community. We create a program where kids are not only learning to dance—but are developing confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of movement. Our program is often a student’s first experience with dance —and in many cases, their first structured activity. We are looking for instructors who can bring energy, structure, and enthusiasm to every class while keeping kids actively engaged and learning. You will lead classes that are engaging, and rooted in the Kids First Teaching Principles—balancing daily success and daily challenges, while keeping kids in purposeful motion. Part time positions available, starting in August. Must have Saturday and evening availability. * This is a permanent position, not seasonal.
