This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your own home while still being an integral part of our community health clinic team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of clinical activities aimed at fostering the mental well-being of your patients:

  • Supervise and coordinate high-quality clinical care for patients with diverse psychological needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Provide regular individual or group therapy sessions, carry out comprehensive assessments, and maintain detailed and conclusive treatment logs.

  • Manage a caseload of patients, each presenting unique behavioral challenges, while applying advanced therapeutic skills to facilitate their progress.

  • Collaboratively assess the needs of patients and their families, developing tailored intervention plans that aim for successful outcomes.

  • Utilize your clinical expertise to effectively counsel patients, address crisis situations, and implement therapeutic interventions to achieve the highest standards of care.

  • Deliver personalized therapeutic services, including individual, family, or conjoint therapy, and make appropriate referrals to specialized professionals when necessary.

  • Conduct mental health evaluations and integrate findings into holistic care plans that promote timely and effective psychological services.

  • Create and maintain strategic outlines and progress summaries, adjusting treatment plans as needed while providing continuous educational and supportive programs for patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population of patients, including those with varying psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Your work will play a crucial role in breaking down barriers to mental health access, particularly for underserved communities, ensuring that all individuals receive the compassionate and effective treatment they deserve.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

  • A valid and active license in Virginia, specifically as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is mandatory, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community health settings or familiarity with telehealth practices will be advantageous. The ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
