Founded in 1997, our mission is to build lasting relationships with our customers and communities while sharing our love for the outdoors. Job Description: Guest Experience Rockstar Greet every guest with a smile and genuine excitement. Assist guests, monitor the sales floor, and ensure efficient register service. Build strong connections with guests by showing them your favorite products. Be proactive and ready to help with tasks. Learn, grow, and share product knowledge with the team. Maintain punctuality, positivity, and teamwork. Keep the store clean and communicate store needs with teammates. Physical Activities Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours daily. Willing to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.
