Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapy services. You will conduct sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, enabling you to reach clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person care. While the standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be needed to accommodate the varying schedules of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and Therapeutic Alliance principles.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, actively implementing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at equipping patients with strategies to manage their mental health and connectivity to a community of support.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing essential support and guidance for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance understanding and foster recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities to further develop professional skills and contribute to the collective knowledge of the practice.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies and research to continually provide the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to relate empathetically and provide culturally competent care will be essential as you guide clients through their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is required.

• A solid foundation in mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches is critical.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively conduct mental health assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy in a remote setting is preferred.
