Salary: $120,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong Python skills, especially with asyncio and FastAPI, along with practical familiarity with C++, Rust, or Go
• Solid computer science fundamentals, including graphs, relational theory, and algorithmic complexity
• Experience shipping LLM capabilities such as RAG, tool use, and agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or custom-built systems
• Hands-on background with deep learning, including transformers and frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Experience with fine-tuning and post-training methods such as SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, and preference optimization, plus good judgment on when to use them
• Familiarity with production infrastructure, including containers, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and observability
• Real-time voice or speech experience, LLM serving tools such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or Triton, distributed training, open-source contributions, or shipped AI products are nice to have
• We value demonstrated building experience more than a specific tool list
• A computer science or machine learning degree is helpful but not required

• Turn ambiguous ideas into production systems across LLM features, agent workflows, retrieval, and memory
• Develop async Python services that support streaming and real-time interactions
• Design short-term, long-term, and episodic memory for persistent conversational state
• Build evaluation datasets, identify regressions, and improve quality, latency, and cost
• Document decisions and take ownership of work from design through delivery
