People Shared Services Specialist

A Specialist takes on advanced administrative responsibilities, providing higher-level support across multiple people operations functions. They are often the go-to person for resolving complex employee inquiries and ensuring that routine processes run smoothly, taking on a more proactive role within the team. Key Responsibilities Manage basic to complex HR administrative tasks and inquiries across, but not limited to, onboarding, employee data management, payroll and benefits, offboarding. Assist and support complex processes/transactions across COEs. Serve as a subject matter expert for several HRSS processes (e.g., benefits administration, payroll coordination, system transactions). Own SOP creation and maintenance for assigned specialized areas Propose process improvements for assigned specialized areas Provide training to Coordinators, ensuring consistent service delivery. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with a high degree of data accuracy Skills Needed Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Strong time management and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence. Professional Certifications & Tech Knowledge HR Certificate (SHRM-CP or PHR).
