Entry-Level Healthcare Data Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support various CMS data projects, the remote long-term contract Entry-Level Healthcare Data Analyst will analyze data trends, develop presentations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal requirements. Key responsibilities Trend data to identify opportunities for quality improvement and focused investigations Analyze data and summarize findings into quality indicator values for reporting Develop tabular and graphical presentations of data to illustrate current levels of care Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SAS or other statistical programming experience 6 months of experience with health-related analytic research and quality improvement methodologies preferred Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Federal Public Trust Background Check Experience with Medicare or Medicaid data is a plus
